What we collect
When you submit the quote form we receive the name, phone number, town, email address and job details you type into it. When you call, we write down roughly the same things. That is all. There is no account to create, no newsletter, and no tracking pixel following you around afterwards.
What we do with it
We use it to call you back, quote your job and, if you hire us, schedule and complete the work. Form submissions are delivered by Formspree, a third-party form service, and stored in email. Nothing is sold, rented or passed to lead brokers or aggregators, which is the thing most people are actually worried about when they fill in a contractor form.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries that do not turn into jobs are deleted within twelve months. Records of completed work are kept for six years for tax and warranty reasons.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party advertising trackers. Standard server logs record page requests as any web server does.
Asking us to delete it
Call (737) 738-8444 or reply to any email from us and ask. We will delete what we can and tell you what we have to keep and why.
